Processing Time & Shipping Time

We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, GMT), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.

Shipment processing time:

All orders made before 2:00 PM are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Time:

Standard Shipping:

US: 12-18 Business days.
Rest of the world: 14–21 Business days.

Express Shipping:

US: 7-14 Business days.

*Does not include processing time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs vary by destination. You can calculate exact charges at checkout by entering your mailing address.

Flat shipping rates:
- $14.99 for all countries worldwide.
Express Shipping:
- $30 for all order.
Free Shipping on all orders over $199.99.

Shipping Carrier

For orders to the United States, we use USPS. For Europe and the United Kingdom, shipments are sent via DHL. For all other countries, we partner with well-known local carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

About Late Deliveries

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

Incorrect address or missing details
Severe weather conditions
International customs procedures

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2-5 days for the carrier to scan your package.

If no tracking info is available, the carrier has not processed your package yet.
